Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Final sale items For hygiene reasons, all lip products (lipsticks and lip glosses) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Eyewear Eyewear may be returned within 30 days if unworn and in original packaging with all accessories included.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number via text at (210)926-3561. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation — please refer to our return policy above.
